Visitation Policy
Weekday Visitation Hours: Monday through Friday – 5am to 8pm
Weekend Visitation Hours: Saturday and Sunday – 7am to 8pm
- Two (2) visitors per patient. Visitors may swap out.
- One (1) adult visitor may stay overnight.
- For your safety, all visitors must undergo a screening process upon entry. During this process, you will be required to present proof of identification. Please have your driver’s license or state-issued identification easily accessible to expedite the screening process.
- In the Emergency Department, there are no restrictions on visiting hours. However, each patient is only permitted to have two (2) visitors at a time.
- If you leave after visiting hours, you may only re-enter through the Emergency Department.
- To ensure the safety and well-being of patients, children under the age of 12 are not permitted to visit the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Labor and Delivery without prior approval from the healthcare team. Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during their stay.
- For the safety of others, please refrain from visiting if you are experiencing fever, symptoms similar to COVID or the flu, or if you have been in close proximity to someone recently diagnosed with COVID.
This policy is for all West Tennessee Healthcare hospitals.
