Some of the chronic wounds treated include: 

  • Diabetic wounds, which can be slow healing due to long-term diabetic complications
  • Chronic and non-healing wounds, which are persistent wounds that have not healed within 6 weeks.
  • Pressure injuries, such as tissue damage caused by prolonged tissue or friction
  • Neuropathic wounds, occurring in patients with nerve damage
  • Surgical wounds from incisions or wounds from surgical procedures
  • Burns and injuries from heat, electrical, chemical, or radiation burns
  • Traumatic wounds caused by accidents
  • Osteomyelitis, or bone infections, which do not heal from standard treatments.
  • Osteoradionecrosis, which are delayed effects of radiation injuries
  • Skin tears from fragile skin, or resulting from an injury
  • Other wounds caused by dermatological conditions, medical conditions, infections, and cancer
