The hospital offers state-of-the-art facilities, including 8 operating rooms, a 24-bed pre-operative and recovery area, and 16 patient rooms specifically for total joint patients.

I was truly blown away today by this hospital. My daughter broke both bones in her forearm Monday. I rushed her to Milan ER, and she was treated terribly. They were rough, mean, and did not care that her arm was shaped like a U or that she was in pain. She sat for 5 hours for them to just wrap it, tell us she'd have surgery in the morning so she didn't need pain meds and send her home. The only thing they did right was the recommendation to Dr. Ragon. Turns out surgery wasn't the next day; it was Wednesday, which is today, and from the moment we walked into this hospital, we were treated so well. I have to shout out the guy working the food counter; he had an amazing attitude and really tried to make people smile and have conversations. He went above an beyond his job and deserves a raise. The nurses and anesthesiologist are amazing. My daughter was so scared because of the treatment she got at the ER. She had been walking around since Monday with just a wrap and a sling, and she could feel the bones move and felt like they were on a nerve, making her twitch. She was in horrible pain, but they were so caring with her and really made her feel comfortable. Once she was out of pain before surgery, she kept telling them, "Thank you so much, y'all are amazing at your jobs." Dr. Ragon explained everything in detail and did an amazing job. We are so grateful for the good experience and how amazing they all are.
Very patient friendly
my cousin went into anaphylactic shock and we walked in to the emergency and they had us in a room within 5 minutes. kara, dalton, and candace are so amazing and kept her laughing and being calm and wonderful. if i ever need an er again i WILL be back we loved the service and they were great!
