Lachelle Moss, FNP, initiated her medical career as a Medical Lab Technician in 2003. After graduating from nursing school in 2010, she primarily served as a floor and charge nurse on the medical-surgical floor before joining the Cardiopulmonary Rehab Unit at Regional Hospital of Jackson. Additionally, Lachelle provided PRN services in the OB-GYN department. In 2016, she attained the title of Family Nurse Practitioner and subsequently began working with Dr. James Carruth and Dr. Larry Carruth at the Pulmonary Medicine Clinic of Jackson. Commencing in 2019 at West Tennessee Healthcare Henry County Medical Center, Lachelle’s collaboration with Dr. James Carruth extended to both the hospital setting and the Paris Pulmonary & Primary Care facility.
