Bio

Melissa Carson, FNP, began her career with West Tennessee Healthcare as a nursing assistant in 2004 while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Tennessee at Martin.  After a brief relocation, she returned to West Tennessee Healthcare in 2007 as a Registered Nurse.  She later earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of North Alabama.  Melissa joined the West Tennessee Medical Group Sleep Disorders Center in May 2023 and is dedicated to serving others.  In her free time, Melissa enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, daughter, and friends.
