Dr. Chibuzo Nwokolo, a board-certified physician, obtained his medical education from the University of Nigeria, where he earned a distinction in biochemistry. Subsequently, he pursued his internal medicine training at Maimonides Medical Center in New York. During his time there, he served as chief resident for a year before completing his fellowship training at the same institution. Having resided in Jackson for the past 13 years, Chibuzo Nwokolo, MD, is a devoted family man, married with three children – two boys and a girl – who are all currently pursuing higher education. His expertise encompasses Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, and Echocardiography.
