The daughter of a former patient wrote to tell us:
I want to give a big shout out of love for one of our sweet Momma’s nurses, Mary Catherine Currie. She truly took good care of our Momma like she was her own Momma. This sweet young lady made our Momma laugh and made us feel at ease just knowing she was the one taking care of her. Mary Catherine always took time to make sure Momma had everything she needed or wanted each day. She always had a smile on her face and a spirit about her that made you feel good. It’s hard to explain the feeling of ease that I had every time I left the hospital just knowing she was there to take care of Momma. I knew if anything happened while I was not there, Mary Catherine would make sure our Momma had the best care possible. Mary Catherine truly made each day easier for our family just knowing she was there to take care of our Momma.
