Staff members of B4 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital (JMCGH) are going above and beyond for the patients in their care.
Patient Care Technicians Celena Conrad PCT, Cyniya Bursey PCT, and RN Kelsey Middleton have been recognized for their exceptional care by West Tennessee Healthcare President and CEO, Tina Prescott, and VP and CNO of JMCGH, Deena Kail.
A patient in their care reached out to recognize them for their service. These three staff members remembered this patient they cared for during a previous surgery. The patient was greeted with a welcome gift when she returned to our hospital for care.
