Bio
Kelly L. Blair, PsyD is a Clinical Neuropsychologist at West Tennessee Neuroscience and Spine Center. He is board-certified in Clinical Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology and is a Fellow of the National Academy of Neuropsychology. Dr. Blair has worked for West Tennessee Healthcare since 1998. He was based at West Tennessee Rehabilitation Center until his transition to West Tennessee Neuroscience and Spine Center in 2017.
Dr. Blair received his Master of Science and Doctor of Psychology degrees from the Florida Institute of Technology. He completed his Pre-doctoral Internship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical Center and his Post-doctoral Fellowship at Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Dr. Blair sees patients at West Tennessee Neuroscience and Spine Center, West Tennessee Healthcare Rehabilitation Hospital-Jackson, and Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services offered include neuropsychological evaluations, psychological evaluations (including pre-surgical evaluations for spinal-cord stimulators, pain pumps, and bariatric surgery), and psychotherapy to address adjustment to medical illness/injury, psychological factors affecting medical condition/presentation, and general clinical problems.
