Our Work Hardening program is the most comprehensive program in West Tennessee. We use a multi-disciplinary team approach to the rehabilitation of our patients. Our Work Hardening programs are individualized, highly structured and goal-oriented and are aimed at maximizing the client’s ability to return to work. We utilized real and simulated work tasks and environments to help us achieve this goal.
