Bio

James Carruth, MD, a seasoned medical professional with over 25 years of experience, holds a medical degree from East Tennessee State University, obtained in 1990. His post-graduate training, encompassing internship, residency, and fellowship, was completed at the University of Arkansas. Returning to West Tennessee, Dr. James Carruth collaborated with his brother to provide hospital coverage in Jackson. In June 1996, he joined his brother’s practice full-time. Dr. Carruth further expanded his reach by establishing the Paris Pulmonary & Primary Care at Henry County Medical Center in April 2019, demonstrating his commitment to serving the community.
