Bio
Mark Cutright, MD, a native of Lancaster, Ohio, decided to pursue medicine like his father and grandfather. He met his future wife and practice partner in high school while showing horses. After college, Dr. Mark Cutright completed medical school and orthopedic surgery residency. He moved from private practice to a salaried position in Springfield, Tennessee, where he worked with his wife, Jill, a nurse practitioner. In 2014, they moved to Paris, where he introduced robotic-assisted knee and hip replacement procedures. His sons have shown interest in medicine but not in horses. The family enjoys tennis, boating, and flying.
Since 2003, Dr. Cutright has had his pilot’s license and hopes to fly more than he has in the past few years. “We typically only fly to a destination, such as to ski or to go to the beach or the Bahamas but we have flown somewhere just to have dinner,” said Cutright. “It is definitely a hobby I plan on spending more time doing.”
