JACKSON, TN (September 12, 2023) – West Tennessee Healthcare recently welcomed Muhammad Ahsan, M.D., to West Tennessee and his new medical practice at West Tennessee Medical Group Cardiology. Dr. Ahsan is a Medical School graduate from Aga Khan University in Pakistan; he then went on to complete his internal medicine residency at Georgetown University, interventional cardiology fellowship at the University of Connecticut, and cardiovascular diseases fellowship at Mercy St. Vincent’s Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. He has served on several leadership boards, one being the Chief Cardiology Fellow at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Dr. Ahsan has four board certifications: National Board of Internal Medicine, National Board of Echocardiography, American Society of Nuclear Medicine, and Fellow American College of Cardiology.
