Inpatient & Crisis Services:
24/7As the corporate office of Pathways, the Summar Drive location offers both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services. Inpatient 24-hour services include mobile crisis, walk-in triage center, psychiatric inpatient unit, detoxification unit, and crisis stabilization unit. Outpatient services include individual and family counseling, intensive outpatient groups for children, adolescents, and adults, medication management, case management, homeless outreach, and individual placement and support/employment services. Individual and intensive outpatient counseling for substance use and co-occurring disorders and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and recovery are available. There is also a convenient on-site pharmacy for medications prescribed at Pathways or the Lift’s Disease Management Program. A majority of these services are also available via telehealth. Clients from this office as well as others in the community are also able to participate in Peer Support Services at the Rainbow Drop-in Center.
