West Tennessee Neuroscience and Spine is a state-of-the-art multidisciplinary center on the second floor of the Medical Center Physicians Tower. The 19,000-square-foot space provides a “one-stop-shop” for patients with neurological and spine problems.
The Center includes 32 exam rooms, a radiology suite to provide imaging for quick diagnosis, and a patient education suite.
Most insurance plans require a referral from your local healthcare provider or primary doctor. After patients are referred to the center by their primary care provider, they are evaluated, diagnosed, and treated in the clinic, unless their condition requires surgery.
If you have had films done (MRI, CT scans, X-ray, etc.) please bring them to your appointment. This will save valuable diagnosis time for you and your physician.
Upon check-in at West Tennessee Neuroscience and Spine Center, you will be asked to complete a form called Healthcare Questionnaire. This describes your symptoms and past medical history. The physicians will use this tool, along with any films you have and an exam to determine how to proceed.
The purpose of support groups is to provide reliable information and education, create a support network of caregivers who can share from personal experience and be a resource for the journey of giving care to those neurological diseases.
